Angst, 1983, Austria *****
Written and directed by Gerald Kargl with cinematography by Academy Award winner Zbigniew Rybczyński. Banned in many countries for extreme violence, it tells the story of a murderer who gets out of jail and breaks into a family house to kill them all and be able to be sent back to prison. Amazing photography and background music. Very baroque; a lost gem. This movie served as inspiration to French director Gaspar Noé.
